The two week menu? Not working for me. It was too far ahead to really plan around our activities and as a result of several unexpected meals out and an equally unexpected illness, I still have not gotten to many of the meals on my last menu.
So I am back to weekly menu planning with a week of mostly familiar, yet budget friendly meals to use up those leftovers...
Monday: Chicken Chili (made with leftover turkey)
Tuesday: Ham and Cheese Pannis
Wednesday: Turkey Noodle Soup
Thursday: Dutch Macaroni (something new! exciting!)
Friday: Bean Quesadillas
Sunday: Drunken Garlic Pot Roast
Lemony Spaghetti with Peas and Ricotta
